PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK:

We don’t allow cancellations or refunds for any of our classes, open studio sessions, date night, or workshops. 

Please note that Potters’ Peak LLC. is under no obligation to refund part, or all of class price if you can not, or do not attend. Please note classes and workshops are non-refundable.

Attendance: Potters’ Peak prides itself on offering a structured program with a curriculum and lesson plans that include a schedule of instruction and work periods. These all work together to help the student achieve creative productivity.  If the student arrives late, leaves early or misses days, they will possibly miss out on finishing their project, or they may have trouble catching up to their peers. Please try to attend all the sessions you sign up for and minimize late arrivals and early departures. We appreciate it!

Note: Classes are subject to change or cancellation if they do not fill sufficiently.

Firing and Glazing Policy:

        •  We cannot hold pieces more than 45 days. No refund will be issues for not coming to pick up your pieces in time.
        •  No partial refund for glazing for not coming back to finish the glazing
        • Pieces can get break during firing and its normal in some cases.  We are sorry for the loss of your pot! That can be hard, there is nothing we can do (see below). We do everything in our power to make sure your pot makes it through all the processes.

 

TECHNICAL DEFICIENCIES AND DAMAGES
Exclusive personnel with requisite expertise shall exclusively manage and execute the firing of your ceramic artifacts. Nevertheless, given the inherent characteristics of ceramics, there persists an inherent potential for technical inadequacies, for which we disclaim any culpability. In essence, unforeseen breakages may occur, and we express our regret for any such occurrences.
