RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER
In consideration for being allowed to participate in pottery activities and/or coffee services offered by Potters’ Peak, the participant, or the parent/legal guardian if the participant is a minor, hereby acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- Assumption of Risks: I understand that participating in pottery activities and being present in a coffee shop environment involve inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with working with pottery materials, using equipment and tools, and being in a busy coffee shop setting. I acknowledge that accidents, injuries, and illnesses can occur during these activities.
- Health and Medical Condition: I represent that I am in good health and physical condition to participate in the chosen activities. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for determining whether I have any medical or physical conditions that could affect my participation in these activities.
- Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and dischargePotters’ Peak, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives (hereinafter referred to as “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness that may occur as a result of my participation in pottery activities or use of coffee services provided by Potters’ Peak. This release applies to any negligence or willful misconduct by the Released Parties.
- Photographic Release: I grant Potters’ Peak the right to photograph or record me during my participation in the activities, and I authorize the use of such photographs or recordings for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
- By signing up for classes I acknowledge that I have read and understand the contents of this Release of Liability Waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.
