FAQ
How sign-up's work:
If you are in a class you have priority for the next session. There is only an opening if someone drops. This way your skills will get better and better. The sooner you get on our waitlist, the sooner we can get you in.
What you will learn:
You will learn new techniques regarding hand-building and wheel-throwing. Including centering, trimming, glazing, decorating & more. Our goal is that you eventually will feel confident enough to start making anything you want.
Things to know before your first day:
- You will get messy– bring an apron or a towel if you like.
- Clip your nails – Not mandatory, but the shorter your fingernails the prettier your pots.
- Please leave jewelry at home– Clay will grind down your rings, bracelets and watches.
- Hair-ties help- you will be leaning over mud.
What about newbies or experienced adults?
We except everyone. No matter what your experience level is, you are welcome here. We enjoy teaching newbies for their first lesson and watching their love for clay grow and develop a style of their own.
For the professional that is just feeling stale and needs inspiration, we are here for you.
What does class fees cover?
The class fee covers the cost of having a trained instructor, demo, studio time and equipment. Firings, clay, glazes and tools are separate.
Please read before you book:
